We are looking to hire an Operations and Processes Supervisor – Northern Region, who will play a key role in company operations, responsible for supervising, executing, and monitoring various operational, logistical, and commercial processes directly in the field. This position involves permanent travel between Antofagasta, Calama, and Tocopilla; therefore, we seek a dynamic, autonomous, organized, and solution-oriented individual capable of identifying issues, proposing solutions, and ensuring smooth operations. **Responsibilities:** Regularly visit and supervise various operational sites within the region. Maintain direct contact with customers, cashiers, transportation operators, and customer service teams. Supervise the proper functioning of sales points and Customer Service Centers. Review and control cash reconciliation and related processes. Manage and resolve operational incidents directly in the field. Coordinate logistics, distribution, and supply activities. Receive and deliver cash boxes, materials, and supplies according to established procedures. Collect, organize, and track inventory and warehouse requirements. Support commercial management and identify opportunities for improvement and sales growth. Maintain ongoing communication with various departments across the company. Prepare reports on visits, incidents, results, and improvement opportunities. Ensure compliance with defined operational procedures and standards. What Are We Looking For? Experience in roles related to operations, logistics, distribution, sales, or customer service in the field. Experience working with sales points, customer service teams, or field operations. Knowledge of operational processes, documentation, and cash reconciliation. Availability to work 100% in the field and travel between Antofagasta, Calama, and Tocopilla. Valid Class B driver’s license and proven driving experience. Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and problem-solving ability. Good interpersonal skills and customer orientation. Willingness to conduct regular travel within the assigned region. **Position Details:** Company-provided vehicle for job-related travel. Dynamic, 100% field-based work. Operational coverage across Antofagasta, Calama, and Tocopilla. Initial fixed-term contract, with potential conversion to an indefinite-term contract based on performance and company needs.
