The selected candidate will be responsible for logistics planning, dispatch coordination, material receiving, inventory control, and supplier and carrier tracking.

Key Responsibilities
**Logistics Planning:** Coordinate material, equipment, and supply requirements according to project and operational needs.
**Transportation Coordination:** Organize dispatches, pickups, and deliveries using internal or external transportation providers.
**Inventory Management:** Monitor stock levels and maintain reliable records of materials, tools, and equipment.
**Material Receiving:** Verify quantities, documentation, and condition of received goods.
**Dispatches:** Coordinate preparation and delivery of materials to construction sites, customers, or operational facilities.
**Supplier Management:** Maintain communication with logistics suppliers, carriers, and service providers.
**Cost Control:** Review expenses related to transportation, storage, distribution, and material movements.
**Warehouse Management:** Coordinate storage, organization, identification, and physical inventory control processes.
**Logistics Metrics:** Prepare reports on deliveries, dispatch times, inventories, costs, and performance compliance.
**Incident Resolution:** Manage delays, inventory discrepancies, transportation issues, and other operational contingencies.

What We Are Looking For
**Experience:** Ideally **4 to 6 years of experience** in logistics, distribution, operations, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain.
**Education:** Higher Technical Diploma or professional degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Transportation, or related field.
**Operational Logistics:** Experience coordinating material receiving, storage, preparation, and dispatch.
**Inventory Management:** Practical knowledge of stock control, physical counts, and inventory reconciliation.
**Transportation:** Experience coordinating carriers, routes, dispatches, and delivery scheduling.
**Construction or Industry:** Prior experience in construction companies, building materials, industry, mining, or technical services is highly valued.
**ERP Systems:** Proficiency in ERP, WMS, or inventory software is considered an advantage.
**Excel:** Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
**Leadership:** Ability to coordinate warehouse, transportation, or operations staff as needed.
**Organization:** Ability to handle multiple requests and priorities in a dynamic operational environment.
Salary: $18\.000 \- $22\.000 per year
