Job objectives: In-person, telephone, and field debt collector for zones designated by the Cooperative, to carry out appropriate extrajudicial and judicial collection as assigned by the Cooperative. In performing their duties, the Executive shall be professionally accountable for the assigned tasks, assuming sole and exclusive responsibility for the techniques employed to successfully complete collection operations and judicial and extrajudicial payment agreements for charged-off credits. Main Tasks and Functions: Telephone calls to members; field visits; judicial and extrajudicial payment agreements for charged-off credits; entering information into member files and the collection system; sending correspondence to members. Required Knowledge and Experience: Administrative experience in pre-judicial collection is desirable; proficiency in collection management and control, judicial collection, operating systems, and basic Excel skills.
