Garden Maintenance Supervisor Location: Metropolitan Area of Santiago, Santiago, Chile Employment Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility based on operational needs Job Summary: We are looking for a Garden Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate daily gardening, landscaping, and exterior maintenance activities in Santiago. The selected candidate will help coordinate maintenance teams, supervise work quality, organize schedules, and ensure gardens, lawns, landscaped areas, and outdoor spaces are maintained safely and efficiently. Responsibilities: Supervise daily garden and landscaping maintenance activities. Coordinate work schedules and assign tasks to maintenance staff. Oversee lawn care, pruning, planting, irrigation, cleaning, and general landscape maintenance. Inspect completed work and maintain consistent quality standards. Coordinate the use of gardening tools, equipment, materials, and supplies. Record daily activities, maintenance requirements, and operational updates. Support irrigation, seasonal maintenance, and general exterior maintenance. Communicate with team members, clients, suppliers, and other departments as needed. Promote safe and organized work practices. Help identify maintenance issues and coordinate appropriate solutions. Support efficient use of time, materials, and resources. Contribute to a positive and productive work environment. Requirements: Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, green space maintenance, facilities, or a similar environment is preferred. Experience coordinating or supervising a team is desirable. Strong communication and organizational skills. Practical knowledge of general garden and landscape maintenance. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage daily activities. Outdoor work and coordination of hands-on tasks. Reliable, responsible individual capable of working effectively in a team.
