Job Summary: We are seeking a Chief Store Planning Architect to lead the design and development of stores, creating attractive and brand-consistent spaces while ensuring successful execution during openings and renovations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead architecture projects for new stores and renovations. 2. Design and review store layouts, floor plans, renderings, and technical specifications. 3. Your main challenge will be transforming ideas into concrete store projects, ensuring proper execution during openings, renovations, and space optimization—both in Chile and in other countries where we operate. **What You Will Do:** * Lead architecture projects for new stores and renovations. * Design and review store layouts, floor plans, renderings, and technical specifications. * Coordinate projects with internal teams, architecture firms, construction companies, and suppliers. * Supervise construction progress and support on-site resolution of observations. * Propose improvements regarding materials, lighting, spatial layout, and construction solutions. * Ensure each project maintains Casaideas’ brand identity and standards. * Present projects and guidelines to teams across different countries. * Keep area-related technical manuals and documents up to date. **What We Are Looking For:** * Professional degree in Architecture. * Minimum 10 years of experience in architecture projects, renovations, or space implementation. * Experience in **Store Planning, commercial architecture, retail, store design, or commercial spaces**. * Experience coordinating construction works, suppliers, contractors, and architecture firms. * Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD**. * Proficiency in **Revit and SketchUp**. * Knowledge of surveying, material specifications, lighting, and construction solutions. * Availability to conduct site visits and participate in national and international projects.
