Job Summary: We are seeking a Welder to perform welding maintenance on trucks and containers, ensuring fleet operability and compliance with customer requirements. Key Highlights: 1. At VOLTA, we lead the transformation of the waste management industry to realize a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable Chile, and we are currently looking for a Welder for the Metropolitan Region, Quilicura. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing welding maintenance on VOLTA’s trucks and containers to keep the fleet operational and meet customer requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform metal-mechanical repairs on trucks. * Perform metal-mechanical repairs on containers. * Perform metal-mechanical repairs on plant infrastructure. * Maintain consistent communication and reporting to the supervisor in charge. **Experience and Certifications:** * Experience in mechanical workshops, equipment, and trucks. * Experience in repairing metal-mechanical structures. * Experience in arc welding. * Certification in 1G, 2G, 3G, 4G or AWS (desirable). * TIG\-MIG certification (desirable). **Application Requirements:** * Technical secondary education degree in industrial assembly or metal construction. * 5 years of welding experience.
