Lead sessions to define failure modes, criticality, and equipment-specific maintenance strategies; optimize preventive/predictive maintenance frequencies. Process WO data in Excel/Power BI; generate Pareto analyses of failures; create dashboards for availability, MTBF/MTTR, and downtime cost; present findings and improvement recommendations to management. Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, and contractors on reliability matters; facilitate RCA sessions; propose and implement technical improvements; train teams on reliability methodologies (RCM, FMECA, data analysis). IBM Maximo 8\.11 (intermediate level: notifications, plans, historical analysis), advanced Excel (pivot tables, Pareto charts, graphs), Power BI/Tableau (user level: dashboards, reporting).
