In this role, you will be responsible for leading the ongoing identification of continuous improvement opportunities within the operation. Your key responsibilities will include: * Collecting and analyzing process data to evaluate, develop, and present improvement opportunities focused on enhancing safety, increasing productivity, and reducing costs—all within the framework of continuous improvement. * Presenting identified improvement opportunities and tools to operational leaders. * Developing improvement tools and operational visibility solutions. * Implementing improvement opportunities and tools, and documenting both quantitative and qualitative impacts and results achieved. * Developing and executing continuous improvement projects aligned with company strategies. * Providing visibility to internal and external customers on the progress of ongoing projects. * Generating reports as required by operational needs. * Data analysis to support decision-making.
