Pharmacy seeks a Pharmacy Assistant to work in El Quisco **Conditions:** **1\. Salary structure**: Base salary of $539,000 + sales commissions. During the first 2 months, you will receive an approximate net income of $785,000 (including base salary + guaranteed commission prorated to days worked). Starting from the 3rd month, income will consist of a base salary of $539,000 plus variable commissions based on sales target achievement. **2\. Work schedule:** Rotating shifts under 6x1 and/or 5x2 systems. 3\. **Workplace:** El Quisco **4\. Job objective:** To perform service, sales, and customer service functions for the company—covering both medications and mass-consumption products as well as proprietary brands—while adhering to internal policies and external regulations applicable to pharmacy assistant roles. **5\. Responsibilities:** * Refer all pharmaceutical inquiries to the on-duty Pharmacist Chemist, as well as requests for product returns or exchanges. * Perform cashier duties, including payment receipt, collection, custody, and delivery to direct supervisor. * Provide information, promotion, and guidance to customers regarding beauty, personal care, or natural products. * Report expired products under your responsibility, ensuring necessary restocking; conduct timely and effective controls and inspections to prevent expired products from remaining in your assigned inventory. * Other duties inherent to the position. **6\. Requirements:** * Hold a Technical Higher Education degree in Pharmacy or a Technical Higher Education degree in Chemistry and Pharmacy. * Valid Pharmacy Assistant license (MANDATORY). * Prior pharmacy experience is desirable. * Availability to work rotating shifts under 6x1 and/or 5x2 systems, including rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday. 7\.
