Opportunity for continuous growth and training At Gran Américas Santiago, operator of the transit network system, we are looking for a proactive and organized **Maintenance Analyst**, with experience in managing maintenance of public transportation vehicles—both electric and diesel. The role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance activities across the fleet, ensuring maximum operational availability and regulatory compliance. **Responsibilities:** * Schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance. * Record and manage the technical history of each unit—including availability, recurring failures, repair times, costs—and implement improvements. * Monitor adherence to maintenance performance indicators. * Manage work orders and coordinate with internal/external workshops. * Document maintenance history in the system. * Participate in technical and safety audits. * Coordinate technical training sessions with the maintenance team. **Requirements:** * Technical or Engineering degree in automotive mechanics, electromechanics, industrial engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in transportation fleet maintenance. * Knowledge of automotive electrical systems (experience with electric buses is desirable). * Proficiency in maintenance management software. * Analytical ability, results orientation, and teamwork skills. **We Offer:** * Continuous training. * Job stability and growth opportunities. * The opportunity to join a team driving sustainable mobility.
