The candidate must administer and manage all organizational resources assigned under their responsibility, and plan, coordinate, direct, and control construction and management activities to achieve objectives and targets stipulated in the contract for the assigned project. Maintain coordination with logistics, transportation, and supply systems to ensure efficient operations supporting proper project development. Provide technical supervision of construction operations for the assigned project. Comply with guidelines established by the company’s policies. Be available to work rotating shifts (14x7) in remote rural areas within the Aysén Region.
