Job Summary: We are seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to provide service, sales, and customer support, including product promotion and inventory management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and pharmaceutical product sales. 2. Promotion and guidance on beauty and personal care products. 3. Product management, including reporting of expired items. Pharmacy requires a Pharmacy Assistant to work in Puerto Varas **Conditions:** **1\. Compensation structure**: Base salary of $539,000 + sales commissions. During the first 2 months, you will receive an approximate net income of $785,000 (including base salary + guaranteed commission proportional to days worked). Starting from the 3rd month, compensation will consist of a base salary of $539,000 plus variable commissions based on achievement of sales targets. **2\. Work schedule:** Rotating shifts of 6x1 and/or 5x2. 3\. **Work location:** Puerto Varas **4\. Job objective:** Perform customer service, sales, and client support functions for both medications and mass-consumption products—including company-branded items—while complying with internal policies and external regulations applicable to pharmacy assistants. **5\. Responsibilities:** * Refer all pharmacological inquiries to the on-duty Pharmacist Chemist, as well as requests for product returns or exchanges. * Perform cashier duties, including receipt and collection of payments, custody of funds, and delivery to direct supervisor. * Provide information, promotion, and guidance to customers regarding beauty, personal care, or natural products. * Report expired products under your responsibility, ensuring necessary restocking; conduct effective and timely controls and inspections to prevent expired products from remaining in stock under your charge. * Other duties inherent to the position. **6\. Requirements:** * Hold a Higher Technical Degree in Pharmacy or a Higher Technical Degree in Chemistry and Pharmacy. * Valid Pharmacy Assistant license (MANDATORY). * Prior pharmacy experience is desirable. * Availability to work rotating shift schedules of 6x1 and/or 5x2, including rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday. 7\.
