Key responsibilities: Operate equipment and production lines in accordance with established procedures. Perform raw material dosing, packaging, palletizing, and support production processes. Carry out operational activities while complying with the company’s safety, quality, and productivity standards. Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery, equipment, raw materials, and packaging materials. Monitor and verify product quality during the production process. Comply with current occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations. Promptly report deviations, incidents, or unsafe conditions. Requirements: Completed secondary education. Technical training or equivalent experience in operational roles is desirable. Minimum 1 year of experience in production plants, manufacturing, or industrial processes. Experience operating automated production lines and industrial equipment is desirable. Work location: Henkel plants located in the communes of Quilicura and/or Pudahuel, Metropolitan Region.
