At Tottus, we are seeking a Project Coordination Architect. What is the role’s mission? Lead the coordination and development of supermarket opening, renovation, and regularization projects, ensuring regulatory, technical, and operational compliance from the evaluation stage through implementation. Responsibilities * Conduct feasibility studies and analyze regulatory compliance for new projects and land suitable for supermarket installation. * Coordinate the development of opening, renovation, and regularization projects with internal departments and external specialists. * Manage municipal files, permits, and required procedures for project execution. * Review and analyze architectural proposals, circulation maneuvers, and operational simulations associated with new developments. * Coordinate technical disciplines involved in each project, ensuring adherence to deadlines and defined standards. * Develop, update, and implement commercial and operational prototypes for store application. * Collaborate with Development, Operations, and other teams involved in projects. * Identify improvement opportunities and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring project continuity. Requirements * Professional degree in Architecture. * Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural project development and coordination, preferably in retail. * Experience in municipal management, permits, and procedures related to real estate or commercial projects. * Experience coordinating technical disciplines for project development. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Excel. * Knowledge of and ability to analyze urban and construction regulations applicable to commercial projects.
