Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Planning and Demand Analyst to manage forecasts, optimize resources, and ensure smooth operations across all business units by measuring and monitoring key performance indicators. Monitoring and understanding key performance indicators TRANSVIP, a well-established passenger and cargo transportation company with over 20 years of experience in fleet management, reservation systems, traffic operations, and technology implementation across operational processes, is currently seeking an Operational Planning and Demand Analyst. Responsibilities: * Demand forecasting and modeling (Forecasting), consolidating requirements to ensure smooth operations across all business units. * Informing the recruitment team of the required number of resources to fulfill the forecast and alerting on overstaffed operations to halt active campaigns. * Translating order volume into necessary resources to maintain SLAs and profitability balance. * Adjusting staffing levels for special events affecting purchasing behavior or attendance. * Measuring, monitoring, and resolving bottlenecks to ensure applicants access their first scheduled appointment. * Identifying service providers who stop connecting or taking shifts after their first or second workday. * Requesting emergency marketing campaigns from the Marketing team when organic applicant volume fails to meet client demand. * Continuously evaluating whether advertisements, campaigns, and bonuses in a specific region successfully attract new service providers. Requirements: * Degree in Higher Technical Program in Management Control, Technical Program in Data Analysis, Industrial Civil Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or Data Science Engineering. * Data analysis, modeling, and planning. * Internal team collaboration. * Knowledge of service assignment. * Monitoring and understanding of key performance indicators. * Dashboard proficiency.
