At TRANSVIP, a recognized passenger and cargo transportation company with over 20 years of experience in fleet management, administration, reservation systems, traffic operations, and technology implementation across our operational processes, we are seeking a Leasing Analyst. Your objective will be to monitor payments and collections, safeguard legal documentation, and minimize delinquency risks, ensuring every operation is properly backed. **Responsibilities:** * **Portfolio Management:** Register new amortization schedules, process installment prepayments, and carry out contract restructurings as required. * **Document Control:** Prepare, manage signatures for, legalize, and safeguard leasing-related contracts, promissory notes, and all supporting documentation. * **Month-End Closing and Auditing:** Review and record accurate information alongside the Accounting team for monthly closing. * **Asset Management:** Maintain an inventory of vehicle key copies under leasing agreements and control their delivery to titleholders. * **Financial Operations:** Enter discounts for purchase options, rents, installments, and transfer fees. * **Customer Service:** Address titleholders’ requests regarding documentation, account statements, or administrative procedures. * **Validation:** Sign off on contracts to ensure compliance with company standards. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Experience:** Prior experience in financial operations, collections, or contract administration (leasing experience preferred). * **Skills:** Analytical ability, strict attention to detail, and deadline-oriented mindset. * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in accounting/ERP tools and advanced Excel skills. * **Attitude:** Excellent communication skills for client interaction and handling legal procedures. **What We Offer:** * Join a solid company experiencing continuous growth. * Job stability and a professional work environment.
