Master all matters related to Bonded Warehousing and catering, complying with all regulations imposed by Swissport Chile S.A., DGAC, and S.C.L. **Responsibilities**
* Know and apply emergency operational procedures and safety regulations.
* When operating equipment, personnel must be authorized by Swissport and hold municipal Class B and D licenses and a platform license.
* Strive for the highest level of efficiency in performing tasks.
* Ensure strict compliance with all operational, safety, and quality standards defined by the company, customers, and competent authorities.
* Efficiently communicate each customer’s information.
* Ensure compliance with internal Hygiene and Safety provisions.
* Prepare inventories, place orders, and deliver goods.
* Issue, process, and control customs documents (S.T.D.F).
* Record incoming and consumption movements in Bonded Warehouse spreadsheets.
* Retrieve air waybills.
* Carry documents accepted by customs for stamping in the warehouse.
* Retrieve and store warehouse cargo.
* Distribute Sky Chefs and Gate Gourmet materials, cabin supplies, office supplies, and aircraft spare parts.
* Verify retrieved materials against invoices.
* Prepare dispatch notes as required.
* Update the Bonded Warehouse Customs spreadsheet.
* Input materials, consumables, and new items.
* Process customs control documents (Exit and Consumption Orders).
* Review monthly inventories received from Sky Chefs and Gate Gourmet (catering supplies, alcoholic beverages).
* Enter data into the Bonded Warehouse spreadsheet.
* Submit documents to customs for stamping and subsequent deduction from the general inventory.
* Deduct consumables, archive documents, and store them.
* Laundry control (outgoing and incoming).
* Input dispatch note data and review cabin account.
* Inspect laundry-sent and laundry-received materials.
* Store and organize laundry materials.
* Weekly inventory (Bonded Warehouse, cabin, alcoholic beverage consumption).
* Send copies of dispatch notes and invoices for received materials to LSG and GG.
* Weekly inventory of all cabin items (blankets, pillows, covers, etc.).
* Weekly inventory of spare parts and return used spare parts to Atlanta.
* Verify whether alcoholic beverages have been deducted during the week.
* Request cabin supplies from the supervisor.
* Maintain order and cleanliness in the Bonded Warehouse.
* Update information (submit reports, report missing items, etc.).
* Coordinate with Air Cargo Supervisors, Sky Chefs, and Gate Gourmet.
* Re-export airline spare parts together with the customs AG.
* Dispatch and receipt of equipment, vehicles, and spare parts for Swissport Chile S.A.
* Fulfill responsibilities detailed in the Station’s QHSE Management System Manual and other manuals under one’s responsibility and management, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISAGO standards.
**Requirements and Competencies**
* Completed secondary education.
* English language proficiency preferred.
* Class B and D driver’s licenses.
* Computer literacy.
* Minimum one year of experience in similar positions.
