Join Siemens Mobility as a Senior Electrical Engineer **What will be your challenges?** * Plan, lead, and control the engineering phase (design/detailed engineering), ensuring technical consistency, constructability, and regulatory compliance. * Coordinate disciplines (high-voltage electrical, control/command, OOCC, installation) and manage interfaces with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments. * Manage the Technical Office on-site: document control, RFI handling, change orders, quantity take-offs/estimates, progress tracking, reporting, and field technical support. * Ensure correct installation and assembly of high-voltage equipment and associated components (rectifiers, traction transformers, and auxiliary systems), safeguarding quality and traceability. * Verify and interpret technical standards and client requirements specified in the technical specifications, ensuring their application in engineering and construction. * Manage technical and construction-related risks, proposing mitigation measures, improvements, and engineering solutions—with emphasis on NTSyCS and operational/administrative requirements related to connection, operation, and coordination. * Coordinate and participate in technical meetings, presenting progress, milestones, deviations, and corrective actions. * Ensure alignment with EHS and project quality requirements (procedures, permits, ITPs, inspections), in coordination with respective departments. * Develop, review, and control internal procedures to meet CEN/CNE requirements (formats, reports, protocols, evidence). * Prepare, submit, and track applications, requests, responses to observations, and closure submissions to CEN (where applicable). * Maintain up-to-date records of installations, assets, parameters, diagrams, configurations, test results, and documentation required by CEN. * Ensure engineering deliverables (drawings, reports, studies, adjustments, control/protection philosophies) incorporate NTSyCS requirements and CEN stipulations. * Coordinate the availability and delivery of documentation for testing, energization, and commissioning milestones, aligning the construction schedule with regulatory deadlines. * Support implementation and operation of systems and regulatory compliance requirements such as SITR, PRMTE, and EDAC (as applicable to the project). * Promptly identify non-compliance risks and propose corrective/preventive measures. **What do we expect from you?** * Degree in Civil Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering. * More than 12 years of demonstrable professional experience in installation and assembly of high-voltage electrical equipment and associated OOCC. * Experience in engineering project development involving railway rectifiers, traction transformers, and high-voltage equipment. * Experience in command, supervision, and control during engineering design, detailed engineering, commissioning, and start-up. * Experience, knowledge, and ability to interpret the technical standards specified in these technical specifications.
