The primary mission of this role is to generate and oversee the company’s project development, ensuring continuous process improvement, evaluation of new business opportunities, and integration of new technologies — all aimed at supporting operational continuity of our services, enhancing business profitability, and achieving the company’s strategic objectives. If you are an analytical professional focused on operational excellence and eager to contribute to sustainable growth, this opportunity is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** * **Technical and Economic Evaluation:** Analyze and execute processes related to technical and economic evaluations of current and new projects, determining whether they fall within the scope of the business. Preference given to experience in mining or large-scale industrial sectors. * **Cross-functional Coordination:** Identify technical aspects of new projects by coordinating with various departments across the company, ensuring accurate and sustainable evaluations. * **Continuous Improvement and Technology:** Review key information from ongoing projects to propose improvements and implement technologies that optimize profitability. * **Supplier Management:** Obtain quotations to maximize cost-effective alternatives for implementing new projects. * **Commercial Support and Commissioning:** Gather internal information to develop commercial presentations and actively support the implementation and commissioning of new projects within established timelines and standards. * **Safety Culture:** Actively participate in identifying and mitigating health, safety, and environmental risks, promoting our *Stop Work* policy whenever necessary. **Desired Profile** ------------------ **General Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles (mandatory), preferably in project evaluation within industrial or mining sectors. * Knowledge of project management, financial analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies is desirable. * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Office productivity tools, and Power BI. * Advanced English proficiency is desirable. * Class B driver’s license.
