Investigate, analyze, document, and measure BCI Factoring's operational processes to uncover and quantify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Your mission is to become the expert on "how things work today" (As\-Is), delivering an accurate, data-driven diagnosis that serves as an essential starting point for any transformation initiative. **In this role, you will have the opportunity to:** Map and document critical operational processes. Analyze and measure the performance of current processes. Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities. Translate process diagrams into functional specifications. Facilitate and lead requirements-gathering sessions with subject-matter experts. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for processes. Generate tactical solutions to unblock process flows (AI-supported). **To succeed in this position, you need:** Academic background in Industrial Engineering or a related field. Proficiency in BPMN and process diagramming tools. Database querying, data visualization, and statistical analysis. Proficiency in scripting languages. Prior experience in roles such as Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar. Intermediate/advanced proficiency in SQL. Ideally, experience in the financial sector, with a focus on Factoring.
