Position Summary: We are seeking a Programming and Control Engineer to lead the planning and monitoring of infrastructure projects, ensuring efficient execution of civil and road works. Manage reviews of Payment Certificates and Change Orders. R\&Q Ingeniería, an engineering and project management firm with over 45 years of experience, is seeking a **Programming and Control Engineer – Technical Office**, to join a major infrastructure tender process in **Antofagasta, Antofagasta Region**. **Estimated duration of the tendered contract: 12 months.** Requirements: * Civil Engineer or Construction Engineer. * Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years serving as responsible for programming and control of civil and/or urban road construction projects, with participation in technical inspection and/or construction of civil and/or urban road works. Main Functions and Responsibilities: * The professional will serve as the Project’s Programming and Control Engineer, part of the Technical Office team, and will be responsible for project scheduling and progress control, review of Payment Certificates, issuance of Change Orders, project modifications, among others. * Will be responsible for managing the technical inspection team required for the project. **Desired Profile** ------------------ * Civil Engineer or Construction Engineer. * Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years serving as responsible for programming and control of civil and/or urban road construction projects, with participation in technical inspection and/or construction of civil and/or urban road works.
