We are looking for a **Retail Analyst**, who will be responsible for optimizing the operational efficiency and profitability of the physical channel through analysis of commercial indicators, process standardization, and strategic coordination with various business areas. Committed to diversity and inclusion, we welcome all interested candidates to apply and become part of our team. **Main Responsibilities:** a. **Commercial Analysis and Intelligence:** * Conduct assortment analysis and identify opportunities to improve product offerings per store. * Research market trends and propose operational innovations for the channel. * Monitor and report budget (PPTO) compliance per unit and sales channel. b. **Profitability, Productivity, and KPIs:** * Design and manage store-level commercial profitability measurement models. * Calculate and analyze key business indicators: **Profitability per m²**, **Availability**, **EBITDA**, **Store Compensation %** * Analyze optimal staffing per store based on the relationship between **Worked Hours vs. Sales** and shift efficiency. c. **Cross-functional Project Coordination:** * Participate in meetings with the commercial team to address store needs. * Provide analytical inputs for decision-making in planning future store openings (Real Estate). * Conduct on-site commercial assessments to review Store Planning and suggest business-enhancing changes/improvements. **We Offer:** * The opportunity to join a dynamic, collaborative environment focused on results. * Active participation in the company's strategic projects. * Opportunities for development and learning. * Access to corporate benefits. We want you on board to keep improving people's lives through sports! **Desired Profile** ------------------ * Education: Industrial Civil Engineer, Commercial Engineer, or related degree. * Experience: + 1–3 years of total experience. + Retail experience (mandatory). * Technical Skills: + Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. + Operational KPI management. + Profitability index analysis. * Desired Skills: + Leadership and influence capabilities. + Strong soft skills and communication abilities. * Prior experience in retail-related areas and commercial analysis. * Availability to conduct store visits across Chile. * Passion for sports.
