Do you want to be part of this change? **Internship Objective:** Support the GMIN Technical Sub-Management team for the R\&Q\+ITO system in executing quality assurance (QA) tests, reporting incidents, and designing functional solutions, aiming to strengthen the continuous development of the internal R\&Q\+ITO management system, ensuring its operability, usability, and constant improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform QA testing and report incidents. * Develop mockups and prototypes for new functionalities. * Collect incident-related information. * Maintain updated QA procedures. * Conduct functional testing. * Collaborate in validating functional requirements. * Generate status reports on tests and incidents.
