An engineering and services company specializing in HVAC and energy efficiency, located in the Aysén Region, is seeking an **Energy Projects Supervisor**. Position: Energy Projects Supervisor Position Profile: Plan, coordinate, and supervise the proper execution of HVAC, renewable energy, and energy efficiency projects, ensuring compliance with the company’s defined technical, quality, safety, timeline, and cost standards, while also providing operational and administrative support throughout all project phases. Responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate, and monitor the execution of assigned projects. * Supervise on-site technical installation execution, verifying compliance with drawings, technical specifications, regulations, and internal procedures. * Coordinate activities of in-house staff and subcontractors, ensuring appropriate workflow sequencing. * Manage availability of materials, supplies, and tools required for project execution. * Provide direct on-site support during project execution when required. * Manage procurement of minor materials and provide technical support for major purchases through take-offs, quotation requests, technical evaluation of offers, and supply coordination. * Monitor physical progress of works, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with current labor legislation and occupational health and safety regulations, promoting safe working conditions. * Verify proper use of tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment. * Prepare, maintain, and organize technical and administrative project documentation, including progress reports, test protocols, payment certificates, site records, and handover documentation. * Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and other disciplines to ensure efficient project development. * Periodically report to management on project progress, risks, costs, and requirements. * Participate in commissioning, functional testing, and acceptance of installations as applicable.
