Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to execute the complete monthly payroll process, ensuring accurate calculations and payments, and maintaining up-to-date information. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the entire monthly payroll process 2. Ensures accurate calculation and payment of variable components and social security contributions 3. Keeps information updated in the Labor Directorate (Mi DT) At SIGMA S.A., an integrated services company for mining and engineering that provides solutions focused on construction, commissioning, and maintenance, we are currently looking for a Payroll Analyst to join our headquarters team. **Location:** Ñuñoa, Santiago, Metropolitan Region. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday (5x2\) **Minimum Required Education:** Technical or professional degree in Administration or related field **Minimum Required Experience:** 2 years in similar positions **Required Technical Knowledge: * Payroll calculation and payment * Bulk data uploads to the system * Settlement document generation * Updating and uploading information to the Labor Directorate (Mi DT) * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Previred platform * Softland ERP system (employee record entry, vacation management, loans, etc.) **Main Responsibilities: * Execute the complete monthly payroll process * Ensure accurate calculation of variable components, deductions, overtime, advances, and social security contributions * Manage timely and error-free payments * Maintain updated information in Mi DT * Use Softland for employee data entry and administration **Additional Desired Qualifications: * Proven experience with Softland ERP system
