Management of work orders and availability of supplies A well-established company specializing in the manufacturing and commercialization of industrial products and coatings, with a long-standing track record in the industry, is currently seeking an **Industrial Maintenance Planner** to join its production plant located in Quinta Normal, Santiago, on-site. The primary mission of this role is to design and implement the plant’s preventive maintenance plan, schedule departmental work orders, ensure supply availability, and serve as strategic technical support for management. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Manage, record, and report the status of work orders (open, in progress, completed). \- Design, develop, and maintain the plant’s preventive maintenance plan within the maintenance management software. \- Plan and control the storage of supplies, materials, and spare parts required by the department. \- Manage purchase orders for supplies with the procurement department. \- Issue work orders to maintenance technicians (electrical and mechanical). \- Serve as a technical and data advisor to departmental management, providing key information to support decision-making. **Requirements:** \- Technical or Engineering degree specializing in electricity, mechanics, or industrial machinery. \- Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in maintenance management within industrial environments. \- Intermediate proficiency in the maintenance management software **Fracttal (mandatory).** \- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel. \- Knowledge: General understanding of electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics, industrial mechanics, and technical drawing interpretation. \- Availability to work some Saturdays as required. **Benefits:** \- Complementary Health Insurance (upon transition to an indefinite-term contract). \- Parking, subject to availability. \- Fully equipped cafeteria. \- Provision of corporate workwear and personal protective equipment (PPE) twice per year. \- Work tools: Corporate laptop and mobile phone with mobile plan.
