Statkraft is a global company in energy market management and has approximately 6\.200 employees across 20 countries. **Job Description** This role is responsible for driving the standardization and optimization of HSS processes, promoting the integration of technological tools, systematization of information, and use of analytics and Business Intelligence to strengthen traceability, visibility, and monitoring of HSS management across projects and operations. Additionally, the role must ensure the availability, reliability, and quality of area-related information, enabling timely internal and external reporting for decision-making, indicator tracking, and fulfillment of cross-functional commitments. The position will also contribute to coordinating and managing strategic initiatives within the HSS area, promoting efficient, integrated, and continuous-improvement-oriented management for Statkraft Chile’s various internal customers. Key responsibilities include: **1\. Management and Strengthening of the HSS Management System** * Ensure consistency, standardization, and governance throughout the HSS document lifecycle (policies, procedures, work instructions, templates), guaranteeing traceability, updates, and version control. * Support implementation of strategic HSS area projects, such as DS44 implementation and maintenance, cultural campaigns, audits, or corporate initiatives. * Support planning and tracking of area plans, programs, and activities, ensuring defined responsibilities, deadlines, and reporting mechanisms. * Includes required support for contractor management from a documentation and management system perspective. **2\. Automation, Analytics, and Continuous Improvement of HSS Management** * Design, automate, and maintain control and tracking tools for actions, KPIs, plans, and commitments—using tools such as advanced Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Forms, Power Automate, or equivalents. * Identify and implement technological solutions and artificial intelligence to improve efficiency, traceability, and knowledge management in HSS processes. * Generate automated reports and dynamic dashboards to facilitate HSS performance tracking, gap identification, and local and corporate-level decision-making. * Provide technical and functional guidance to the HSS team and key users on implemented tools. **3\. HSS Information Management and Reporting** * Consolidate, systematize, and report key HSS management information both internally and corporately (indicators, plan status, audits, etc.). * Ensure quality, completeness, and timeliness of the area’s monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. * Coordinate and track work routines, scheduling, meeting minutes, commitment follow-ups, and minutes of relevant meetings. **4\. Logistical and Training Support** * Coordinate internal and external HSS area trainings: logistics, attendance, materials, registration, and evaluation. * Support organization of campaigns, talks, workshops, or other preventive communication or culture activities, ensuring registration, traceability, and availability of associated information. **Requirements** **Credentials** * Commercial, Industrial, Management Control, or Occupational Risk Prevention Engineer * Minimum 4 years’ experience in analyst, analytical reporting, business intelligence, management systems, continuous improvement, or management control roles—ideally related to HSS, quality, operations, or related areas. * Prior experience in HSS, quality, or operations is desirable. * Experience with management platforms and document management systems. * Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (ISO 45k, 9k, 14k) **Other Requirements:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite; advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, DAX, charts). * Advanced SAP proficiency. * Knowledge and experience with the Power Platform suite (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate). * Understanding of relational database logic (modeling, relationships, unification of diverse information sources); ability to build consistent data models in Power BI. * Application of Copilot to enhance and automate processes using AI.
