Job Summary: We are seeking an Intermediate Contract Administrator for an EPCM project in Santiago, Chile, focused on prequalification, evaluation, tendering, and construction contract management. We are currently recruiting **Intermediate Contract Administrators** to join an EPCM project based in our Santiago office. **About the Role** * Knowledge of prequalification, evaluation processes, and understanding of the local market for potential proponents for construction contracts and construction support, with a collaborative and continuous improvement focus. * Familiarity with tendering processes and evaluation procedures under various compensation models and project systems. * Develop, manage, and negotiate construction tender packages for the project for budgetary purposes. * Proven ability to manage implementation of new processes while adhering to established procedures set by Ausenco and the client for the Project. * Zero tolerance for deviations from procedures and policies. High ethical adherence to confidentiality requirements inherent to this role. **About You** * Professionals with more than 5 years of experience in contract formation and/or administration on mining and/or construction projects. * University degree in Administration, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines. * Excellent negotiation skills, attention to detail, critical and analytical thinking, flexibility, and ability to adapt quickly to change. * Proficiency in Excel and Power BI. * Strong ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the project structure. Demonstrable willingness to work collaboratively, present findings, and regularly report progress. * Availability for potential site assignment if required by the project.
