Plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and welding work **Job Description** ---------------------- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, network systems (water and gas), and the unit's physical infrastructure. Daily Requirements * Respond to internal requests and inquiries according to area-specific guidelines and procedures—either via prior scheduling or urgent corrective requests made by phone during the shift. * Conduct daily rounds in your assigned section, monitoring critical parameters and planning interventions as necessary. * Address daily requests submitted by each department through supervisors, as well as previously scheduled tasks, ensuring the work site is left in optimal condition. * Support preventive maintenance of gastronomic equipment, as well as corrective maintenance. * Hotel Maintenance: Execute scheduled preventive checklists and provide corrective support when required. Industrial and Electrical Area * Assess, maintain, and repair industrial equipment and traffic junction panels. * Monitor potable water pumping systems (hydro-pack), lifting systems, and emergency power generation equipment. * Respond to urgent requests related to air conditioning, exhaust systems, generators, and refrigeration. Plumbing and Network Area * Maintain and repair potable water networks (cold/hot) and sewerage systems (wastewater and stormwater). * Perform maintenance on grease traps in kitchens and monitor thermal equipment. * Repair faucet and sanitary fixture issues in public restrooms and internal areas. Infrastructure and Repair Area * Perform carpentry work: furniture repair, door repair, window frame repair, and wooden structure repair. * Carry out masonry tasks: wall construction, tile installation, concrete leveling, and cement preparation. * Perform upholstery work (chairs, gaming tables) and welding for structural remodeling. * Prepare surfaces and materials for painting tasks in corridors and offices. * Perform metal welding for artifact fabrication and structural remodeling. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Electricity, Electromechanics and Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Basic Plumbing, and Network Maintenance * Industrial High School Diploma, Higher-Level Technical Degree, or Construction Master qualification. * SEC Plumbing Certification Class 2 or 3 (minimum) with knowledge of SEC regulations. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira—a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
