Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational continuity. **NEWREST Chile is looking for its next Maintenance Operations Manager!** If you have experience leading maintenance teams at mining sites and are seeking a new professional challenge, this opportunity is for you. ### **Position Conditions** * **Location:** Salares Site * **Shift Schedule:** 4x3 ### **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, and supervise maintenance and repair services under the contract. * Lead teams of maintenance supervisors, team leaders, and maintenance technicians, ensuring achievement of operational objectives. * Control costs, budget, inventory, and procurement for the maintenance area. * Manage sales, payment status, and collections related to services provided to the client. * Schedule and coordinate preventive, corrective, and special maintenance tasks requested by the client. * Supervise proper execution of fieldwork, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines. * Prepare management and productivity reports for the area. * Promote compliance with HSEQ standards, continuously monitoring safety and quality conditions. * Coordinate with various departments under the contract to ensure operational continuity and service excellence. * Maintain close client relations, delivering timely and high-quality solutions. ### **Requirements** * Technical or Professional degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Construction, or related field. * Minimum of **3 years of experience in similar positions**, and at least **5 years of total work experience**. * Knowledge of electrical installations, plumbing, construction, and maintenance of equipment and infrastructure. * Experience leading work teams in maintenance operations. * Availability to work on a **4x3 shift schedule** at a mining site. * Valid SEC certification (mandatory). **At NEWREST, we promote diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity.
