I.\- POSITION REQUIREMENTS * Academic Background: Final-year student in Psychology, Human Resources Engineering, or a related field. * Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Familiarity with Canva and internal communication platforms is desirable Experience in recruitment, training, or performance evaluation processes is desirable II.\- POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES (May vary depending on start date) Support the posting of job openings on employment portals and candidate database management. Perform resume screening and assist in scheduling interviews. Collaborate in organizing and tracking the onboarding process for new employees. Support training coordination: contact with OTECs, preparation of attendance lists, certificate tracking. Participate in designing graphic and communication materials for internal initiatives (onboarding, recognition, well-being, culture). Assist in gathering and systematizing information for performance evaluations and DNCs. Collaborate in HR documentation management and updating internal platforms. Participate in corporate activities or interventions promoting workplace climate and employee well-being. Other duties related to the position assigned within the scope of your learning process.
