An HVAC and hospital construction company is seeking an **Occupational Risk Prevention Engineer** to join our team for technically and operationally demanding projects. Requirements: * Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention Engineering. * Valid resolution and registration card. * Experience in construction and/or installation projects. * Prior experience in hospital or healthcare facility projects is desirable. * Knowledge of MINSAL protocols, working at heights, confined space work, and document control. * Proficiency in personnel accreditation and tracking platforms. * Ability to monitor PPE, risk matrices, and work permits. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise compliance with occupational safety and health regulations on site. * Prepare and monitor preventive documentation. * Conduct safety talks, inductions, and training sessions. * Monitor and track PPE, risk matrices, and work permits. * Coordinate with clients, mutual insurance companies, and field supervisors. * Investigate incidents and follow up on corrective actions. * Support accreditation processes and contractual compliance.
