Install, maintain, and perform preventive maintenance on tools, appliances, and equipment, and recommend their replacement as needed. Calibrate all controls, indicators, meters, etc. Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves. Place orders, mark, and stock parts and supplies as required. Maintain records of purchase orders and inventory. Inspect tools, equipment, or machinery. Enter and locate job-related information using computers. Operate the forklift. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees; serve as a role model. Comply with all company safety and operational policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and obtain safety certifications; store flammable materials safely. Ensure uniforms and personal appearance are neat and professional. Anticipate and fulfill guest service needs. Communicate with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and thoroughly. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others; listen and respond appropriately to concerns raised by fellow employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, and identify, recommend, develop, and implement new methods to enhance organizational effectiveness, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost savings. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and position objects weighing 25 pounds or less without assistance. Climb regular stairs, service ramps, sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces, and/or ladders. Reach above the head and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Diploma issued by a technical, trade, or vocational school.
Relevant work experience: 4–6 years of relevant work experience.
Supervisory experience: Supervisory experience is not required.
MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS
License or certification: Valid driver’s license
