ABOUT NEWREST NEWREST is a French multinational company present in over 50 countries and operating in Chile for more than 15 years. We provide food and facilities services to major industries, including mining and energy. We are currently seeking to incorporate a **CLEANING SUPERVISOR** into our team to work in **Mejillones, Antofagasta Region**, at our client’s **ENGIE** facilities, on a 5x2 work schedule. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, ensuring compliance with assigned tasks and quality and safety standards. * Plan and allocate team tasks during the workday, providing instructions and coordinating necessary resources. * Verify on-site the proper execution of cleaning and sanitation work in the facilities. * Monitor attendance, entry and exit times, overtime, and other personnel records. * Manage area supplies, materials, and equipment, as well as prepare required reports and documentation. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education.
