Lead the implementation and updating of the Project Quality Plan. 2. Supervise quality teams or Quality Officers. 3. Lead internal quality audits. **Job Description** ---------------------- Lead quality management on site, ensuring compliance with standards, procedures, and project requirements. At Echeverría Izquierdo, we are seeking a Site Quality Manager to lead the implementation of the Quality Management System on a large-scale construction project, ensuring compliance with standards, procedures, and project requirements. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the Quality Plan, supervising Site Quality Officers, coordinating inspection and testing planning, managing audits and reporting, and ensuring proper quality closeout of the project. Responsibilities Lead the implementation and updating of the Project Quality Plan. Train supervisors on Quality Management, Non-Conforming Product, and Non-Conformities. Supervise Site Quality Officers. Generate reports for the Client and Technical Inspection. Manage Inspection and Test Plans for critical processes. Administer Quality Cloud and monitor protocol issuance. Manage technical training aligned with project progress. Lead internal quality audits. Supervise the dissemination and training on site procedures. Prepare management reports for Site Administration and Project Management. Supervise facility handover and detect deviations. Control documentation associated with internal quality closeout. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Civil Engineering, Civil Construction, Construction Engineering, or related degree. * Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management on construction projects. * Experience leading Quality Management Systems on site. * Experience leading Quality Plans and protocols. * Experience with Inspection and Test Plans. * Experience leading internal quality audits. * Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard and handling of findings. * PAC Course and ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification\. * Experience supervising quality teams or Quality Officers. * Experience on large-scale or similar projects.
