Strengthen the security posture and train the team **Job Description** We are seeking a **Cybersecurity Manager** to lead the protection of the organization's systems, networks, applications, and data. The role will be responsible for strengthening security controls, managing technological risks, and coordinating incident response efforts, thereby helping maintain a secure and reliable digital infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and oversee cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls. * Lead the identification and assessment of vulnerabilities and risks associated with the technology infrastructure. * Coordinate detection, investigation, and response to information security incidents. * Supervise access controls, endpoint protection, network security, and corporate systems and data protection. * Coordinate security assessments, audits, and vulnerability testing, managing corresponding action plans. * Stay updated on emerging threats and propose improvements to strengthen the security posture. * Lead and train the security team, promoting sound information protection practices across the organization. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Systems Engineering**, or a related field. * **3 to 5 years of experience** in cybersecurity, information security, or IT infrastructure, including leadership experience. * Knowledge of **network security, vulnerability management, access control, and incident response**. * Experience with monitoring tools, firewalls, antivirus/EDR, and security platforms. * Familiarity with frameworks such as **ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS Controls**. * Proficiency with incident analysis and management tools. * Leadership, analytical thinking, contingency response capability, and effective communication. Salary: $1\.700\.000 \- $2\.400\.000 per month Workplace: On-site employment
