If you are proficient in HACCP, BAP, BRC, or ASC, this position is for you. ### **Job Requirements** Mandatory Requirements \- University degree in Food Engineering or Food Technology (or related field). \- Approved knowledge of HACCP and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). \- Proven experience in BAP, BRC, or ASC certifications. \- Proficiency in the PGA\-SIGSIF system (DIPOAS). \- Availability for on\-site work in Puerto Montt, full\-time schedule. Main Responsibilities \- Manage and maintain the Integrated Quality Management System (control, assurance, and improvement). \- Maintain valid certifications: BAP, BRC, ASC, Kosher, SMETA II, and others as defined by the Board of Directors. \- Coordinate internal and external audits; represent the company before certification bodies. \- Approve the entry of each raw material batch, assigning batch numbers and expiration dates. \- Maintain and update the approved HACCP system and microbiological standards. \- Supervise and evaluate the Quality Monitors team, Assistants, and Traceability personnel. \- Maintain the traceability system and all associated documentation. \- Coordinate and implement the annual training calendar. \- Keep product technical specifications and the PGA\-SIGSIF system up to date. \- Represent the company before Sernapesca and other applicable regulatory authorities. ### **Benefits
