Propose improvements for efficiency, security, and scalability Alsacia Importers is looking for a **Systems Analyst** to join the **Development and Infrastructure** team, responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing IT solutions that meet business needs, ensuring their correct operation, continuity, and security. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop applications and IT solutions according to requirements from various departments. * Document development stages and operational procedures of implemented solutions. * Train and provide support to users of developed systems. * Monitor systems and identify failures or inconsistencies that may affect operations. * Resolve incidents and keep users informed about their status and resolution. * Propose improvements contributing to system efficiency, security, and scalability. * Ensure compliance with application security and privacy standards. * Conduct post-implementation follow-up, correcting errors and optimizing performance. **Requirements:** * Technical-professional qualification as a **Systems Programmer**, or related degree (mandatory). * At least **1 year of experience** in system development, development documentation, and/or database administration. * Desired knowledge or training in **JavaScript and PHP**. * Knowledge of application development, testing, and support. * Ability to analyze requirements and resolve incidents. * Availability to work 100% on-site in Pudahuel.
