We are looking for a dynamic professional with strong negotiation skills and a focus on efficiency to take on the challenge of **Procurement Officer**. The **Procurement Officer** will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the procurement process, ensuring timely product availability through efficient purchasing management, inventory control, and continuous coordination with various organizational departments. Additionally, they must contribute to optimizing procurement costs, strengthening commercial relationships with suppliers, and ensuring business operational continuity through planned, analytical, and results-oriented management. * Minimum **3 years** of experience in roles related to procurement and supply chain * Proven experience in supermarkets and/or mass consumption **(preferred)**. * Experience in inventory management and stock control. * Experience monitoring delivery timelines and verifying compliance with agreed terms. * Experience preparing management reports when required by administration. * Experience comparing prices, evaluating supply alternatives, and contributing to cost optimization. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** * Intermediate–Advanced Excel (verifiable). * ERP system proficiency * Inventory Control **BENEFITS** * Lunch at the company cafeteria * 42-hour weekly work schedule Salary: $800\.000 \- $1\.000\.000 per month Workplace: On-site employment
