Job Summary: We are seeking an Associate Product Analyst to support the discovery, definition, development, implementation, and maintenance of digital products aimed at enhancing the customer experience. We are looking for an **Associate Product Analyst** whose mission is to support the discovery, definition, development, implementation, maintenance, and retirement of digital products and initiatives aligned with the company’s defined Digital Strategy—to ensure continuous improvement in our customers’ experience. What do we expect from you? * Gather and analyze needs, processes, and requirements, and document them to help define and communicate the product under development. * Assist in writing and refining user stories. * Support the team in communicating and/or reporting progress on various topics the team is working on. * Collaborate in managing the digital product development flow by reviewing value, team, process, and methodological metrics. * Support identifying user needs and opportunities for product improvement using analytics tools, internal tracking, studies, surveys, and other methods. * Collaborate in certifying the quality of products developed, maintained, and released by the team—and support monitoring, analyzing, and correcting errors or unexpected behaviors in the team’s digital products. Requirements: * Professional degree in Computer Engineering or related field. * Experience in: Project Management, Business Analysis, Agile Methodologies, Lean Management. * Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Agile methodology. * Experience using Insomnia or Postman for API testing. * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases. * Experience conducting functional and non-functional testing. * Familiarity with Cloud technologies (AWS). * Knowledge and use of AI tools. **Our Work Culture** We recognize that achieving a healthy balance is the best way to build successful and empowered teams; therefore, we adopt a flexible approach tailored to your needs and those of your team—grounded in a culture of trust.
