We are looking for a dynamic professional with strong negotiation skills and an efficiency-oriented mindset to take on the challenge of **Procurement Supervisor**. The **Procurement Supervisor** will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the procurement process, ensuring timely product availability through efficient purchasing management, inventory control, and continuous coordination with various organizational departments. Additionally, they must contribute to optimizing procurement costs, strengthening commercial relationships with suppliers, and guaranteeing business operational continuity through planned, analytical, and results-oriented management. * Minimum **3 years** of experience in procurement and supply chain-related roles * Demonstrable experience in supermarkets and/or mass consumption sectors **(ideally)** * Experience in inventory management and stock control * Experience monitoring delivery timelines and verifying compliance with agreed terms * Experience preparing management reports upon request by management * Experience comparing prices, evaluating alternative sourcing options, and contributing to cost optimization **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** * Intermediate–Advanced Excel (verifiable) * ERP system proficiency * Inventory control **BENEFITS** * Lunch provided at the company cafeteria * 42-hour weekly work schedule Salary: $800\.000 \- $1\.000\.000 per month Workplace: On-site employment
