We are seeking a **Production Supervisor** to join our team at our industrial plant located at Quilicura Camino lo Echevers — if you have relevant experience, we want you on our team! Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise execution of productive activities within your area or shift * Assign and monitor tasks for personnel under your supervision * Supervise adherence to operational procedures, quality standards, and food safety requirements * Supervise production operational records * Monitor productive performance and operational indicators for your area * Coordinate and implement actions in response to operational contingencies * Coordinate operational requirements with Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics departments * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the production process Requirements: * Technical or professional degree in Industrial Production, Execution Engineering, Food Engineering, Industrial Mechanics, or related field. * 3 years of experience in industrial production processes. * 2 years of experience leading operational teams. * Experience in food, manufacturing, or continuous-process companies is desirable. * Knowledge of quality and food safety management systems. * Monitoring and tracking of operational indicators (KPIs). * Proficiency in ERP or production control systems. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
