Possibility of an indefinite-term contract based on performance A **paint company** located in the Valle Grande area is looking for a **Production Operator** for its production and warehouse departments. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manufacturing of EPS resin and paint. * Order preparation and palletizing of finished products. * Receiving, unloading, storing, and organizing EPS bags and raw materials. * Operating manual pallet jacks and stackers. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and safety in the workplace, ensuring clear transit pathways. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Prior experience in production plants, warehouses, or chemical/industrial sectors. * Proficiency in operating manual pallet jacks and stackers. * Availability to work in Valle Grande. **Working Conditions** * **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00–17:30 hrs / Friday, 8:00–15:45 hrs (45-minute lunch break). * **Contract Type:** 2-week training period with third-party honorarium invoice, followed by a fixed-term contract with possible extension, and eventual transition to an indefinite-term contract based on performance. * **Benefits:** Potential additional benefits during peak season and access to company benefits after completing one year in the position.
