Functional and operational support to users during implementation **LIS Implementer** At **PS Grupo Hunting**, we are looking for an **LIS Implementer** to join a major healthcare technology project. We seek a candidate with direct experience in **LIS system implementation**, process analysis, on-site support, and user guidance—both clinical and operational—during system rollout. This role requires the ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments, coordinate with technical and clinical teams, resolve incidents in real time, and ensure proper adoption of the solution by end users. **Job Objective**: Execute and support on-site LIS system implementation, ensuring correct configuration, operational functionality, integration with existing systems, and adoption by clinical, administrative, and technical users. **Main Responsibilities** · Implement the LIS system on-site, supporting all project phases. · Participate in operational assessments, patient care workflows, sample collection procedures, and other clinical laboratory-related processes. · Support LIS system configuration, validation, and go-live activities. · Provide functional and operational support to users during implementation. · Resolve incidents in real time and escalate technical requirements as needed. · Train end users on correct system usage. · Participate in functional testing, validations, integrations, and incident tracking. · Coordinate activities with technical teams, clinical departments, laboratories, and end users. · Manage tickets, requests, activity logs, and project reporting. · Monitor task progress and ensure operational continuity throughout implementation. **Requirements** · 2–5 years of experience in LIS system implementation, functional support, or go-live activities.
