Falabella Real Estate is currently seeking an Architecture Project Coordinator! What is the role’s mission? Coordinate and oversee each project overall, prioritizing process management and key milestones to ensure on-time delivery by architects and specialists. Responsibilities: * Actively participate in key meetings with relevant project stakeholders, including external parties and group operators. * Review preliminary designs and permits. * Be familiar with municipal permit processing procedures. * Proficient in OGUC and LGUC regulations. * Knowledge of floor-area ratio (FAR) development.
