At Falabella Retail, we are seeking an Internal Control Engineer! What is the role’s mission? Analyze logistical processes and databases to identify risks, findings, and improvement opportunities, contributing to the strengthening of internal controls and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: * Analyze information from various logistical and operational processes to detect deviations and improvement opportunities. * Extract, review, and validate information from transactional databases. * Build queries, reports, and dashboards to monitor key indicators and relevant risks. * Participate in internal control reviews, risk analyses, and findings identification. * Coordinate and foster synergies across departments to drive improvements in processes and controls. * Communicate findings and recommendations across different organizational levels, promoting a collaborative culture of continuous improvement. Requirements: * Degree in Business Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, internal control, processes, or similar areas. * Experience in logistics environments, retail, or logistics service companies. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of SQL and database management. * Desired experience with Python, Power BI, automation tools, and AI technologies. * We seek a proactive, analytical, and collaborative individual, This job posting complies with Law No. 21\.015, which promotes the inclusion of persons with disabilities in the labor market.
