At Falabella Retail, we are looking for a National Security Manager! What is the role’s mission? To lead the national Security strategy, protecting the company’s people, assets, and infrastructure through comprehensive risk management that supports operational continuity and achievement of business objectives. Responsibilities: Define and implement the national Security and Loss Prevention strategy aligned with business objectives. Functionally lead Loss Prevention Managers, ensuring consistent standards across all stores. Ensure compliance with physical security policies, protocols, and controls nationwide. Protect customers, employees, assets, and infrastructure through comprehensive risk management. Drive area transformation by incorporating new technologies, automation, and continuous process improvement. Develop and monitor management indicators (KPIs), generating results-oriented action plans. Manage critical incidents, operational continuity, and contingency plans, ensuring timely and effective response. Coordinate relationships with authorities, police, external agencies, and various internal company departments. Identify root causes of incidents and implement preventive and corrective measures. Professional growth and learning opportunities. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, Safety Engineering, or Administration degree. * 6 years of experience in corporate security, loss prevention, or risk management. * Experience leading teams at a national level. * Experience implementing technology and transformation projects is desirable.
