Are you looking to develop your potential within a **Multinational Company**, focused on delivering superior results, embedded in a culture of care for people, leadership, and collaboration? **About the Role** At Essity Chile, we are looking for a **Warehouse Assistant** for our Business Logistics team within the Hygiene Business Unit. The role is responsible for supporting on-site activities including order preparation, workplace organization and cleaning, and repair of damaged packs—performing the picking process for finished goods dispatch. In this role, you will report to the Shift Team Leader at the Distribution Center. You will also have opportunities to further develop your career across other business units and brands within our Hygiene and Medical Solutions Company. The position is located in Lampa, Metropolitan Region. We provide shuttle buses to several communes (Lampa, Batuco, Quilicura, Puente Alto, Maipú, Mapocho). This is an on-site position with rotating 6x1 shifts: * Morning shift: 7:00–15:00 Monday to Friday / Saturday 7:00–12:00 * Afternoon shift: 15:00–23:00 Monday to Friday * Night shift: 00:00–7:00 Monday / 23:00–07:00 Tuesday to Saturday **Note: For the night shift Tuesday to Saturday, entry is at 23:00 hrs. the previous day.** You can find more information about our company, brands, corporate culture, and career opportunities at www.essity.com We seek individuals who embody our values—those unafraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and operate at a fast pace. If this role resonates with you, we’d love to speak with you. **Key Responsibilities** * Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area. * Consolidate short-dated or damaged products. * Pack refurbishment: repackaging damaged items and segregating short-dated products. * Order preparation. * Pallet selection and recovery. * Product preparation for dispatch: perform unit-level picking for dispatch. * Pallet handling: manually transport finished goods pallets from the transition zone to the corresponding loading dock for dispatch. Where required, perform pallet height reduction per customer request. * Load and unload import/export trucks—including labeling and pallet building. Load/unload returned trucks carrying excess weight, as requested by management. * Replenish picking locations using products received from returns. * Serve as a safety and risk prevention role model—adhere to regulations and promote self-care. * Cross-functional compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS). * Perform additional support tasks assigned by management according to departmental or IMS needs. **Who You Are** * Approximately 1 year of experience in warehouses and/or distribution centers within FMCG industries. * RF device operation experience. * Availability for rotating 6x1 morning, afternoon, and night shifts. * Completed secondary education. **What We Offer You** Our purpose—Breaking Barriers for Well-being—gives meaning to everything we do.
