Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Coordinator to lead an employability program for individuals in vulnerable situations, supervising the team and ensuring service quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the implementation of a social impact employability program. 2. Coordinate and supervise a multidisciplinary professional team. 3. Ensure service quality for vulnerable individuals. At HR Profile, we are currently searching for a Project Coordinator to lead the implementation of an employability program targeting individuals in vulnerable situations. Main Responsibilities: \- Ensure proper technical and administrative execution of the project. \- Coordinate and supervise the professional team. \- Serve as the technical counterpart to FOSIS. \- Monitor indicators, deadlines, and objective achievement. \- Ensure the quality of services delivered to participating individuals. \- Prepare progress and management reports. Requirements: \- Professional degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Commercial Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field. \- Minimum of 5 years’ demonstrable experience in employability programs, labor inclusion, or social development. \- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams. \- Training in gender-related topics (mandatory). \- Experience managing projects with public agencies is desirable. Work Schedule: \- Full-time (44 hours per week). Preferred Qualifications: \- Experience working with individuals in vulnerable situations. \- Leadership, planning, and project management skills.
