Current Accounts Analyst

Construmart, a leading company in the construction sector with nationwide presence, is seeking a Current Accounts Analyst to join the Finance Management team at our headquarters in Santiago. We are looking for a proactive, analytical individual with strong orientation toward both internal and external customers, capable of ensuring proper collections management and account analysis to contribute to achieving the company’s financial objectives. Main responsibilities: * Execute collections management via email, phone, and/or client visits. * Apply customer payments to invoices issued on credit. * Conduct customer account analysis, including payment tracking, credit notes, claims, and payment proposals. * Maintain smooth communication with customers, internal departments, and sales teams, participating in periodic meetings. * Manage release of deliveries blocked due to credit issues. * Administer customer files, requesting documentation for credit line assignment, renewal, or increase. * Contribute to achieving departmental KPIs: collections, overdue accounts >20 days, and credit line renewals. Requirements: * Academic background: Technical or professional degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or related field. * Intermediate/advanced Excel knowledge and proficiency. * SAP proficiency (mandatory). * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles. * Analytical skills, effective communication, and organizational abilities.
